DUE TO A LONG WAITING TIME FOR NEW APPOINTMENTS, THE PRACTICE IS NOT TAKING BOOKINGS FOR NEW PATIENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

FURTHERMORE, DR JOHNSON WILL BE TAKING LONG LEAVE AT THE END OF AUGUST 2024 AND THE PRACTICE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL 3RD MARCH 2025.

CURRENT PATIENTS WILL BE ADVISED BY EMAIL AND TEXT CONCERNING RE-OPENING ARRANGEMENTS.

A REFERRAL IS NOT REQUIRED.

You may bring a mental health care plan from your regular GP however that is NOT essential.  Please call the following number and have your email address to hand.

Monday, Wednesday and alternate Tuesdays 11 30 to 5 30

Closed Thursday and Friday

All existing patients will be alerted to periods of leave by email approximately one month in advance.
